Q: How do I get my FLIGHT ticket for each event?

A: Tickets will be delivered digitally to your iPhone or Android mobile device prior to each game, and your exact seat location will vary from game to game. Instructions on how to use your FLIGHT will be emailed closer to the first eligible event.

Q: How many FLIGHT passes can I buy? And if I buy two or more passes will my seats be next to each other?

A: You can buy as many passes as needed, while supplies last. And yes, all passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.

Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?

A: Yes, different people can attend each game.

Q: How does my guest scan into the game?

A: Your guest can either enter the stadium/arena with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Send button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s). Barcodes can only be sent and scanned once, so be sure you only send one barcode to each guest!

Q: Why do I need to use an iPhone or Android smartphone?

A: FLIGHT is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to the stadium/arena and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by going to BCFlight.com.

Q: What are the payment options for FLIGHT?

A: FLIGHT may be purchased by Young Alumni (graduating in the past decade) for a one-time payment of $180 or monthly payments of $14.99/month. 2018 Recent Graduates may purchase for a one-time payment of $120 or $9.99/month for 12 months.

A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Q: Can I sell my FLIGHT for games I do not attend?

A: No, FLIGHT tickets cannot be resold.

Q: Am I guaranteed a seat for all home games with FLIGHT?

A: Yes! Seat locations will be assigned the day before each home game. Please note that the time you accept does not impact which seat location you're assigned.

Q: How is access determined for high demand hockey and basketball games?

A: Access to high demand hockey and basketball games will be based on availability and seats will be filled based on FLIGHT date of purchase.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?

A: If you can't access your FLIGHT pass via text message, simply go to BCFlight.com and log in to see your barcodes.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?

A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the Boston College Ticket Office at (617)-552-3000 or athtick@bc.edu in advance of purchasing.
