Deacon Mobile Pass is a mobile-only ticket package that provides Wake Forest fans with tickets to every 2018-19 regular season Men's and Women's Basketball game in Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. All home games are included featuring Men's Basketball games against Duke, UNC, and Louisville.
Tickets will be delivered digitally to your mobile device and your exact seat location will vary from game to game. Men's Basketball games will include seats in the lower bowl for a minimum of five (5) games. All Women's Basketball tickets will be general admission in the lower level.
Deacon Mobile Passes will be available for purchase for only $160 each.
After purchasing, you will be able to access your pass on your iPhone or Android device at deaconmobilepass.com on or before November 1st, 2018.
Starting November 1, go to deaconmobilepass.com on your iPhone or Android phone and login using the email address used to purchase.
In the Fan Hub, tap Show Deacon Mobile Pass Ticket(s) for an upcoming game below your account information.
You will see your barcodes for each game and a countdown clock that indicates when your seat location(s) will become available.
Prior to game day, you will be able to accept your seat(s). Follow steps 1 and 2 to access your barcodes and tap to accept your seats.
You will then be able to view your seat location(s), and your barcode(s) will sharpen near your event time.
Scan in at the gate and enjoy the game!

A: Yes, Deacon Mobile Pass buyers are guaranteed a seat for all home games. Women's Basketball games will all be general admission seats in the lower level; seats for at least five (5) games will be in the lower bowl for Men's Basketball. Seat locations will vary by game and be assigned prior to game day.
A: Go to deaconmobilepass.com on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Then login with the email address you used to purchase and your mobile phone number. This will provide you with a digital barcode that you can use to scan for admission into the arena.
A: Your seat location will vary by game. Please note that the time you accept your Deacon Mobile Pass does not impact which seat location you're assigned.
A: You can buy up to four (4) passes per account, while supplies last. And yes, all Deacon Mobile Passes purchased in one transaction will have seats together for each game.
A: Your guest can either enter the arena with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest their own barcode. Simply tap the Transfer button located below the barcode and send the link to your guest(s).
A: Yes, different people can attend each game.
A: Deacon Mobile Pass is a mobile-only program. There are no printed tickets available through the program. Admission to the arena and seat assignments will be managed through your iPhone or Android by visiting deaconmobilepass.com.
