USF Student Tickets

New in 2017, your football student tickets will live on your phone at USFStudentTix.com.

Accessing your student tickets is easy - review the How It Works section below for more information.
Tickets will be available prior to the football season opener.

How It Works


Step 1:
Go to USFStudentTix.com on your iPhone or Android phone and log in using your @usf.edu email address.

Step 2
In the Fan Hub, tap Show Ticket for an upcoming game below your account information.

Step 3
You will see a barcode that will become visible before each game. Tap to accept your seat.

On gameday, follow steps 1 and 2 to access your barcaodes and seats.

Your barcodes will sharpen near your event time. Scan your barcode at the student entrance and enjoy the game!

FAQs

Q: Do I have to purchase my USF Student Ticket?

A: No, all USF enrolled students receive a FREE ticket to USF football and men’s basketball home games.

Q: How do I access my USF Student Ticket?

A: Go to USFStudentTix.com on your iPhone or Android smartphone. Login with your @usf.edu email address. This will provide you with a digital barcode you can use to scan for admission into Raymond James Stadium or the Sun Dome.

Provide a mobile phone number so we can text you when your seat is available. If you receive a confirmation text from 458-78, reply YES to opt-in to these text message notifications.

Q: Will I receive a reminder to access my USF Student Ticket before game day?

A: Prior to each home Football and Basketball game, you will receive a text message when your seats are ready to be accepted to indicate you're going to the game.

Q: What if I lose the text message that tells me to accept my seats?

A: If you can't access your USF Student Ticket via text message, simply go to USFStudentTix.com on your iPhone or Android phone.

Q: How are seats assigned?

A: Student seating is first come first served in the following sections: 106-140. Students may enter the stadium through any gate, but are encouraged to enter through Gates A or B.

Q: Which phones are supported?

A: USF Student Tickets are supported by iPhones and Android phones.

Q: Can I access my USF Student Ticket if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

A: Please contact the USF Box Office at (813) 974-3002 or bullstickets@usf.edu if you do not have an iPhone or Android phone.

Q: Can I sell my USF Student Ticket for games that I do not attend?

A: No, tickets cannot be resold.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?

A: Fans requiring accessible seating should contact the USF Box Office at (813) 974- 3002 or bullstickets@usf.edu.

Q: How do I buy Guest tickets?

A: Student Guest Tickets are available for purchase for each regular-season home game by going to USFStudentGuest.com on your iPhone or Android phone.

Q: How does my spouse/partner scan in?

A: USF students may buy a Guest Ticket for their spouse/partner by visiting USFStudentGuest.com on your iPhone or Android phone.

Q: What requirements do I have to fulfill to get tickets?

A: To request student tickets you must be currently taking classes and have paid your athletic fee for the semester.

Q: Can I get tickets for away football games?

A: Yes!  A limited number of away game tickets will be held for students to purchase. Tickets can be purchased at the Ticket Office, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. If students wish to sit together for an away game, it is encouraged that students purchase their tickets at the same time.

Q: What about other sports besides football and men’s basketball?

A: Students get free admission to all other USF regular season athletic events. Students must present their student ID to take advantage of this offer at the event. All other events, except football and men's basketball, are free for the general public and students.

Q: Can I transfer my USF Guest Tickets?

A: Yes! Simply click the ticket in the Fan Hub that you want to transfer, then indicate how many tickets you want to transfer and the recipient's email address. The recipient will receive an email notification that they have received a ticket and they just need to tap to accept the transfer.
