South Carolina Student Tickets

FOOTBALL

The student ticketing process for football, men’s and women’s basketball and baseball is 100% mobile. Students will need to request, claim and access their ticket directly on their phone through the Gamecock Student Rewards App.

New for the 2019 season, student guest ticketing, which is already available for basketball and baseball has been added to football. Guest tickets provide students the ability to purchase additional tickets for events at a discounted price compared to purchasing single game tickets. Students wishing to purchase guest tickets can do so directly in the Gamecock Student Rewards App. Guest tickets are not guaranteed for every game and pricing/purchase limits differ by sport and event. Student guest tickets for football will be available based on inventory that is available after all students that requested a ticket are awarded a ticket. Should requests for guest tickets exceed available inventory, requests will be prioritized by student reward points. Students that purchase a guest ticket will be seated with their guest in a section of Williams-Brice Stadium that is not in the student section.
Download the the Gamecock Student Rewards App on iPhone or Android. Use your UofSC email to register. Once in the app, tap Tickets under the menu and sign into the ticket portal with your @email.sc.edu email address to Request, Claim and access your mobile student ticket for each South Carolina home game.

How It Works

Student Ticket Request

The Request period begins at 9:00 AM on the Monday before each home game and ends at 4:00 PM on Tuesday. The request process does not guarantee a ticket to the game. After the Request Period ends, you will be notified via email if you have been awarded a ticket and for what section (Lower Deck student section or Upper Deck). If awarded a ticket, students MUST then claim their ticket following the instructions below in the Student Claim section.

During the student ticketing request process on Monday and Tuesday, students will be required to choose between requesting only a student ticket (without the option to purchase a guest ticket) or a student ticket with the option to purchase a guest ticket. By requesting a student ticket with the option to purchase a guest ticket, the student will forfeit their opportunity to sit in the student section, even if they decide not to purchase a guest ticket.

Student Ticket Claim

Beginning the Wednesday at 9:00 AM before a football game, until Thursday at 4:00 PM, students that were awarded a ticket claim their ticket if they plan on attending the game. Failure to claim a ticket by 4:00 PM on Thursday will result in the student losing their ticket for that game.

Students will receive an email letting them know which section they received a ticket in (Lower Deck student section or Upper Deck)

Should guest ticket inventory be available, those students that requested the option to purchase a guest ticket will be able to pay for their guest ticket at this time and must purchase the guest ticket by 4:00 PM on Thursday. All ticket sales are final. All students opted-in for text notifications (from 986-96) will receive a text with a link to claim their ticket.

If you decide to not attend a game that you have a ticket for, you MUST cancel your ticket. For football, you must cancel your ticket by 5:00 PM Friday night.
