Panther Mobile Pass

A new, all-mobile full season pass is available for the 2019 Georgia State Football Season.

With the Panther Mobile Pass, you receive tickets to every 2019 regular season home game at Georgia State Stadium! Your exact seat location will vary from game to game, and your tickets will be delivered digitally to your mobile phone prior to each game.

The Panther Mobile Pass includes several new, unique features which enable you to customize your Panther Football experience:
Sit with Friends - Link your account with Mobile Pass purchasers and sit together on a game by game basis.
Buy Guest Tickets - Purchase a Guest Ticket on a game by game basis and sit together.
Transfer Tickets - Arriving separately from your guest(s)? Transfer seats to friends and family arriving separately.
Return Tickets - Can’t make the game? Opt to return your unused tickets, and receive credit that may later be applied towards Guest Passes or Seat Upgrades.

Purchasers will be able to access their Pass in early August, and claim their seats for each game approximately 24 hours in advance.

How It Works


Step 1:
After purchasing and closer to the first eligible game, go to GSUpass.com on your iPhone or Android device and login with the email address you used to purchase.

Step 2:
In the Fan Hub, you'll see your passes for each game. Tap Manage Tickets to view available ticket management options for each game.

Step 3:
You will see all available ticket management options and a date when your ticket will be available to accept.

Q: Who is eligible to purchase a Panther Mobile Pass?

A: Any fan may purchase a Mobile Pass. Recent Graduates are eligible for two (2) FREE Passes each, and may request their passes here.

Q: How does the Panther Mobile Pass work?

A: After purchasing a Mobile Pass, you will be able to access your tickets at GSUpass.com closer to the first game of the season. Log in with the email address you used to purchase and follow the steps above to access your tickets.

Q: How many Panther Mobile Passes can I buy?

A: Recent Grads are eligible for two free passes each. Other fans may purchase as many passes as they'd like, based on availability.

Q: Can I bring different people with me to each game?

A: Yes, different people can attend each game.

Q: How do other fans in my group scan into the game?

A: Other fans in your group can either enter the stadium with you using the barcodes on your phone, or you can send your guest(s) their own barcode. After accepting your ticket, simply tap the Transfer button in the Ticket Management view and enter your friend's email address.

Q: Can I sit with other Pass purchasers?

A: Yes, if you would like to sit with other Pass purchasers, you may link your pass prior to receiving your seat delivery text message. Simply tap the Sit With Friends button in the Ticket Management screen and enter your friend's email address. Linking is based on seating availability.

Q: Can I purchase guest tickets for certain games, in addition to the Mobile Pass tickets I already have?

A: Yes, you may purchase additional guest tickets for certain games based on availability. To purchase guest tickets, simply tap "Buy Guest Tickets" in the Ticket Management view and complete your purchase. Guest tickets must be purchased prior to receiving your seats at the time noted in the Ticket Management view. All tickets will be seated together, and pricing may change from game to game.

Q: Can I return my Panther Mobile Pass ticket(s) for games I can't attend?

A: Yes! If you are unable to attend an event, you may return your ticket(s) by tapping Return Tickets in the ticket management view prior to receiving your seat assignment.

Q: Can I purchase the Panther Mobile Pass if I don't have an iPhone or Android phone?

A: Not at this time.

Q: Is the Panther Mobile Pass refundable?

A: All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Q: How do I get into Georgia State Stadium with my Panther Mobile Pass ticket(s)?

A: Your ticket for each game can be found by returning to GSUpass.com on a mobile device and logging in with the email address used to purchase. You will see your digital barcodes that you can use to scan for admission into Georgia State Stadium.

Q: What do I do if I need ADA seating?

A: Fans who require accessible seating should call the Georgia State Ticket Office at 404-413-4020.
